Satellite Industries is deemed an essential business under CIMA Guidelines and as such we will remain open and shipping our full range of toilets, deodorizers, service trucks and restroom trailers to keep our industry supplied. We are busy servicing customer needs and providing equipment badly needed to help contain the COVID-19 pandemic. WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER PICK UPS

All warehouses are open with no change in business hours. Regional warehouse locations found here.

• Customer pick-ups are still being accommodated.
• We ask that customers call when they arrive and provide their sales order number.
• Satellite staff will bring the product outside to the vehicle and can assist in loading (if social distancing guidelines are followed by all parties).

To be expected, we are experiencing high demand for sanitizer products and extended lead times. We are working diligently to fulfill orders as fast as we can and to provide more options to our customers. The supply situation fluctuates daily and depending on the product we may have some immediate product availability.
